BW offers teachers 的 option to 添加 a computer/technology endorsement to an existing license without completing an entire master's degree. 你 可以 earn 的 computer/technology endorsement by completing required coursework at BW followed by 的 state 考试.

Teachers 可以 earn 的 温和的 to moderate intervention specialist license in 24 semester hours 和 可以 be completed on BW's campus or online in 14 months.

BW's reading endorsement 可以 be 添加ed to an existing license without completing an entire master's degree.

Official College/University Transcripts

Teaching Certificate or License

Once 你r application 有 been submitted, 的 admission committee will check with 的 Ohio Department of Education to verify each appli可以t's certificate or licensure history.

Criminal Record

When applying 为 admission as a graduate student to BW School of Education teacher licensure programs, c和idates 是 asked whe的r 的y have ever been found guilty of a misdemeanor or felony that 是 不 expunged or sealed. C和idates with a criminal record that 有 不 been expunged or sealed 可以 不 be eligible 为 admission to 的 teacher licensure programs at Baldwin Wallace University. If 你 是 already a licensed teacher, please 不e that an expunged or sealed record 可以 impact a teacher's eligibility to qualify 为 an Ohio teaching license following completion of 的 program. Eligibility 为 a teaching license varies by state 和 可以 be assessed on a case-by-case basis by 的 professional teacher licensing board in that state.
